How should I store my Tillamook Country Smoker products?
Most of our jerky and meat sticks are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration before opening. However, once the package is opened, we recommend consuming the product within 3 days or refrigerating it to maintain peak freshness and flavor.
Are your meat products gluten-free?
Many of our products are naturally gluten-free. We clearly label all allergens on our packaging and product pages. Please check the specific nutritional information for the 'Gluten-Free' seal before purchasing.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our facility.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. Due to international customs regulations regarding meat products, we are unable to ship our jerky and meat sticks outside of the country at this time.
What kind of wood do you use for smoking?
We take pride in our heritage. We use real hardwood smoke to give our meats that authentic, robust flavor that Tillamook Country Smoker is famous for, rather than relying solely on liquid smoke flavorings.
